With hundreds of eateries in Seminyak, from casual beach shacks serving nasi goreng and fish satay, to classy fine dining establishments, and everything in between, there is no shortage of dining options when you stay at Villa De Suma.  However, with such lovely surroundings you may prefer to stay at the villa and enjoy the talents of our private chef (available at extra charge).  His extensive repertoire includes Asian, Indonesian and Western fare, so you can enjoy a richly flavoured beef rendang, shredded spicy chicken salad, wagyu tenderloin, roasted goats cheese with honey herb dressing, and perhaps finish with a chocolate Pavlova topped with strawberry and mango.  He can also tailor-make dishes to suit any special dietary requirements and offers a customised kids menu.

Fancy an early morning swim followed by a tropical breakfast by the pool?  Or perhaps a seafood and salad lunch delivered straight to your deckchair?  Then cocktails and canapés followed by a barbecue in the garden?  Our chef is particularly proud of his Indonesian Rijstaffel, with eight tasty Indonesian dishes making a memorable feast.  He also offers fun and informative cooking classes.

Meals are prepared from a suggestion menu and need to be ordered in advance to give the chef time to shop.  Food provision is charged at grocery cost plus 20% handling fee. Kindly note that this handling fee is subject to 5% service charge and thereafter 10% government tax. Professional chef services, if required, is charged at USD 55++ per day.
